Michael Berger is a construction leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex commercial, healthcare, and technical facility projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. He specializes in leading multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, with a focus on coordination, cost control, and clear communication between owners, designers, and construction teams.

At DeBrine, Michael leads project delivery and preconstruction efforts across complex programs, including work within cleanroom and tool-intensive environments. He leads project teams to ensure work is executed efficiently and in alignment with client objectives, and delivered with a high level of quality and accountability.
