DeBrine Associates was founded in 2003 to provide construction project management to commercial and industrial clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. Guided by a philosophy of careful and managed growth we have gradually expanded to meet our clients’ needs, which included establishing our Pacific Northwest team in 2024.

We are a highly functioning group of professionals, small enough to be nimble and responsive, but with sufficient resources to support our clients on a wide range of projects.

Our people are experienced, technically competent, and highly qualified. Most have graduate degrees, all have first-hand experience doing the work we manage. Many grew up in construction and are the second or third generation to work in the industry.

We serve clients in both the San Francisco Bay Area and the greater Seattle area from offices in San Mateo, CA and Redmond, WA.
