Emily Sullivan

Director – San Francisco Bay Area

Emily has over 25 years of experience in commercial construction and has executed projects in the Commercial & Mixed Use, Hospitality & Entertainment, Public & Healthcare, and Infrastructure segments.

Her history includes extensive experience with a national general contractor. Her more recent work has been on the Owner’s side managing design and construction.

She has a civil engineering degree from Virginia Tech.
Emily joined DeBrine Associates in 2026.
