Bio

Jesse Diller is a construction and development leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex commercial, healthcare, and technical facility projects. He specializes in leading multidisciplinary teams, building scalable project delivery systems, and managing highly technical projects from early concept through construction and closeout.
At DeBrine, Jesse leads program and project management efforts for complex capital programs in the Pacific Northwest, overseeing project teams and coordinating work across owners, designers, contractors, and technical stakeholders. His work focuses on establishing clear project frameworks, aligning teams around shared objectives, and delivering projects with high levels of efficiency, certainty, and transparency.
Jesse brings a unique combination of construction execution experience and operational strategy leadership. Prior to joining DeBrine, he served as Vice President of Operational Process and Strategy at Sustainable Living Innovations, where he developed company-wide workflows and operational systems across product development, manufacturing, procurement, and construction teams. Earlier in his career he managed major commercial and technical construction projects with Sellen Construction and Rudolph and Sletten.

Signature Experience

Jesse has led projects across a broad range of complex building types including high- rise commercial developments, technical facilities, healthcare environments, and large- scale tenant improvement programs. His experience includes major Seattle projects such as the Amazon Doppler and Day 1 office towers, the Pacific Northwest Ballet School, and the restoration of Seattle’s historic King Street Station. In addition to delivering complex projects, Jesse has led organizational initiatives focused on improving project delivery systems. He has developed operational frameworks and digital project management environments that strengthen coordination between design, manufacturing, and construction teams and improve execution across
entire project portfolios.
